Hello, I’m Tim. Looking for a chilled out easy going flatmate to move into a double room in my flat in the westend. My current flatmate of the last year will be moving at the end of June.
The flat is a cosy story flat with 2 balcony’s, 1 with a clothes line. Also used to chill out on in the summer (or smoke on if you’re a smoker).
The flat is spread over 2 floors with the kitchen and living room on the first floor and the bedrooms and bathroom on the second. The room itself is the larger of the two, has good storage and is fully furnished
The flat is in a quiet area of Patrick.
2min walk from subway, train station and 2 big supermarkets.
The flat is very much a home and not a party place, all good with having people round etc but really not a full on party pad so need someone who is up for chilling out and not always having a mad party haha. If you want to know anything else just give me a shout. :)

The landlord has previously emailed myself and my current flatmate to advise of a proposed a rent increase to £551.25 each effective from August
Total from August amounts to £701.35
The deposit is not handled by myself, once moved in the letting agency will advise around how to progress.
