Room Available Partick, West End

Hi, I’m Camile! My flatmate is moving out at the end of March/beginning of April and I am looking for someone to replace them.

The room can come with/without the bed (whichever is preferred), a chest of drawers and a built-in wardrobe. The flat has an open-plan shared kitchen/living room which has all white goods included. The flat also has a shared three piece bathroom. The total cost with bills + council tax comes to around £640 per month depending on electricity/gas usage.

It is in a great location and within walking distance to Partick Interchange and Morrisons/Lidl. There is also a bus stop very close-by that takes you right into the city centre.

I am currently working in HR and go into the office over the weekends. I like listening to music, cooking and also enjoy going on walks and to gigs with friends! I am a very tidy person and will put in equal effort into the upkeep and cleaning of the shared areas.
