Double Room in Spacious Flat Glasgow Harbour

Looking for a flatmate to rent the second room of my flat.
Rent is inclusive of council tax & bills.

Double room with a decent size mirror wardrobe - bed frame not pictured but will be provided by move in date that is agreed.
I'm happy to try and come to an agreement on other furniture required for the room e. g. desk just let me know.

The flat has two bathrooms - an en-suite off the master bedroom which I use and a second main bathroom. The second main bathroom would be shared but primarily for use by the tenant - this has a shower over bath, sink, toilet and cupboard storage.

We would share other rooms including: open plan living and kitchen area with balcony, utility room, coat/ boiler cupboard.
Master bedroom is not shown but the rest of the flat is visible in the pictures. Rest of the flat is also fully furnished.
Kitchen has fridge freezer, gas hob and combination oven/microwave.

About me:
I'm a 26 year old working in IT - I work Monday-Friday at home 3 days per week and commute to the office 2 days (through to Livingston). I'm generally quite busy and spend a lot of my weekends/ free time out kayaking or spending time with friends/ family but also some chill time at the flat.

I'm generally really laid back as long as any shared amenities are kept in good condition and we share cleaning of communal areas. Looking for someone who has similar values to this and would enjoy sociable flat activities as well as having your own space. Open to students and professionals but sadly my student days are behind me so would have more in common with someone in a similar place as me.

I've lived here since the start of September since I bought the flat having moved out of rented accommodation with friends where they moved away.
