Room for rent Partick

I am looking for a flatmate from June for the flat I am currently renting in Partick very close from the train station (about 2 minutes walk). Rent is £400 which is half of the total rent but need to add the council tax, utilities and internet in top of it. Currently around £70 per month but will obviously vary on time of year and usage. Fiinally the council tax is in band E and I think is around £220 which I will be looking to shared with the new tenant.
The room to rent is a double bedroom with a pretty big wardrobe. The bathroom is just next to the room (not en suite) with a bath tub. The bathroom will be only for the new tenant and when there are guests over as the other room has an en suite bathroom.
There is a shared Livingroom and kitchen.
I am looking for someone I will get along with and i am not in a rush and would rather find the right person.
