Double Bedroom in Shared Partick Flat

Hey! We’re Iona and Anna and we’re looking for a third flatmate to move into our lovely second floor flat in Thornwood, Partick.

The room is big, bright, and fully furnished, with a double bed and in-built wardrobe.

The flat has a modern kitchen, bathroom and living room, as well as a private balcony (perfect for summer dinners/drinks!). Facilities include a bath and shower, washing machine, TV and gas hob and oven.

The area is peaceful and well connected, with shops a couple minutes walk away, and Partick train and subway station a 10 minute walk. It is close to the West End, and easy to get into the City Centre from. There is free on-street parking.

We are both female 23 year old professionals, who enjoy spending time together, including evening walks and weekend drinks. We are looking for someone who is friendly and sociable, but we also really value and respect the need for alone time (and are both pretty busy)! We work together to keep the flat clean and tidy, so it’s important that our flatmate is also clean and tidy.

The rent is £700 a month, with bills included. This includes energy bills, WiFi, Netflix and council tax. The deposit is £700. We are ideally looking for a long term tenant who is also a young professional.
