The flat is in Partick, two minute walk away from the train station/subway station. It has lovely shops around, two big supermarkets and right next door to the West End.
The flat is a tenement, ground floor apartment. There is a lovely living room and a reasonable sized kitchen. Two good size bedrooms, I have the bedroom with the en-suite but it means you will have a bathroom all to yourself!
As stated, I am looking for a young professional to move in and enjoy the flat. Someone to socialise with but also chill out when required.
I am very outgoing and an active person. I also love to stay in to cook/bake and enjoy a good book.
Currently, the rent is currently £542.50 each a month, £95 for council tax and WIFI and electricity have been around £60 a month.
