Double Room in Glasgow’s West End

This is a spacious double room in Glasgow’s West End, available from mid-July until the end of August.*

The flat is a 3 minute walk away from Partick station, which includes ScotRail and subway, a 5 minute walk from a Morrisons and Lidl and directly opposite a publicly accessible cricket ground. The Wi-Fi is also hyper optic.

I am a friendly flatmate and working full time. I like to keep the shared spaces clean and tidy but am also flexible to the demands of a busy working life.

Bills not included in price, which I estimate will add up to around £90 per month (Council tax, Wi-Fi, gas and electricity), subject to change.

The room for rent and living room will be emptied of personal belongings before the lease begins.
