Looking for a short-term flatmate in Partick

I'm Hannah, a young professional looking for a short-term flatmate for when my current flatmate moves out for a semester abroad and before she comes back again in January. So looking for someone to join me from Sep to Dec 2025 only.

I would like to find someone who is up for getting to know each other a bit, dinner sometimes, or watching a TV show. I like to keep the shared spaces clean and tidy and would like someone who will help do that. I like to have a quiet flat at night but sometimes have some friends around for dinner or games. But I also like having my personal space so will sometimes hide away in my room for a bit.

The flat is a 10 min walk from Partick train and bus station, Partick and Kelvinhall subway, and Morrisons and Lidl. About 15 min walk to the Uni of Glasgow Campus. There is a shared garden/patio space at the back of the property.

The room offered is in the pictures. It now has a double bed in, as well as a cloth cupboard and chest of drawers.

The flat is a two-bed with no lounge but a sofa and dining table in the kitchen, and a shower room. Every space in the flat is shown here except my room. The flat is on the smaller side for two people, so keen to make sure we're a good fit for one another.

The £420/month includes rent, internet and utilities.

Not included in that figure is council tax which is ~£195/month so looking to split it between the two of us. I would consider a student but please be willing to contribute to council tax as even with the discount it's an awful lot for one person to pay.
