Two bedrooms available in a three bedroom flat.

Bedroom 1: Small bedroom 550 per month. Wood floors and floor-to-ceiling mirrors and a built-in wardrobe. South facing window.

Bedroom 2: Larger bedroom 580 per month. carpeted and floor-to-ceiling mirrors with a built-in wardrobe.

Three bedrooms and a bathroom are located upstairs, downstairs we have a kitchen and a large shared living room with gorgeous windows that catch the sun. There's an outdoor patio and the flat is above some shops. The area is quiet and a 10-15 minute walk from a train station. There are also bus stops 4min and 10min walk away that go to both the UofG and central Glasgow.

My flatmates are graduating and moving out this July/Sep so I'm looking for two people to move in. Both rooms are available immediately. I'm a 4th year English Linguistics student at UofG. I'm happy for both students/non-students to move in- the flat is council tax band b and bills over the past year have averaged to about a total of £120 a month (about £40 each).

I'm looking for someone clean and friendly, I'd love to meet both at the flat to show you around and have tea/coffee after if you're interested in moving in.
