Rent £597.50 each, Wi-Fi £14.97 each and bills vary on season (although like to keep it cheap as I’m a student)

I’ll be starting my masters in vocal performance in September at the conservatoire whilst working part time and will be out quite a lot during term time so looking for someone who is fairly clean and quiet (no party animals)! but also willing to socialize sometimes, just a chill environment! . Would be looking for a student or a graduate who is willing to pay their own council tax (this is band c)
