Room available in Partick

Hiya!
I am looking for a tidy and friendly flatmate to share a 2-bedroom flat in Partick from December 1st. The room is rather large and comes fully furnished. There is also a shared kitchen and bathroom. Unfortunately there is no living room. However, the price and amazing location definitely makes up for this. It is super close to the subway/train station, lidl and Morrisons, Glasgow Uni, and all the charity shops and restaurants of Dumbarton and Byres road.

Females or non-binary flatmates are preferred but anyone is welcome! Students are also preferred for council tax reasons but again anyone is welcome. :)

About me:
I am currently studying for a PhD at GCU. I also work part time. In my spare time I like to sew, draw, paint, bake, play football, and hike.
