Hi there, I am a Doctor by profession looking to share the spare room in my flat. The room is a very spacious luxurious fully furnished room with a bathroom. There is plenty of light coming in throught the south facing window overlooking the beautiful clyde river where you can see swans and seagulls. The bed is new with full back support and a new matress bought 1 month back. Large study table and chair makes the room suitable for work from home as well. Very spacious Drawing room with 2 sofa sets (3+2 seater), a large TV and a beautiful balcony where you can sit outside on sunny days. The flat has gas central heating and gas cooker. Overall a very cozy flat in a beautiful location 8 minutes walk to partick station. Morrison's and Lidl within 10 min walk.
