Furnished en-suite double room in partick

Hi,

I am looking for a flatmate from July for the flat I am currently renting in Partick very close from the train station (about 2 minutes walk). Rent is £400 which is half of the total rent but need to add the conciliazione tax, electricity and gaz bill and internet in top of it. Internet is with Virgin and at £26 per month so £13 for the new flatmate and gaz and electricity bill is currently around £60 per month but will obviously vary on time of year and usage. Fiinally the council tax is in band E and I think is around £220 which I will be looking to shared with the new tenant.
The room to rent is a double bedroom with a pretty big wardrobe and en-suite toilet and bathroom.
There is a shared Livingroom and a kitchen which is quite big and include oven, gaz hob and dishwasher.
