Bright Double Room in Partick

Hey hey!

I've got a double room available to rent in a 2-bed ground floor tenement flat in Partick.

Room comes with bed, desk, chest of drawers, bookshelves and a cupboard/wardrobe, but you're also free to keep and/or get rid of anything you like. Landlord is really chill, used to be live-in but moved away for a placement as a newly qualified doctor. More than happy for tenents to paint the walls, use nails for artwork etc. (Actively encouraged it when I moved in, genuinely lovely.)
Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room - hallway and bathroom have recently been done up so it's fresh.
Shared living room also has an old piano if you're musically inclined - hasn't been tuned in years but nice wee addition. Also got a TV, more bookshelves and I've got a PS4 there which you're more than welcome to use.

Five minutes from Partick Interchange and about fifteen minutes or so to Hillhead and Kelvingrove. It's been the perfect situation for me while studying and then moving into grad life - close to the city but far enough away to be a nice break.

Sooo, money. Rent is £500 a month, which includes wi-fi but not the bills - Council Tax is Band C and energy per month is just over £80 (all of which would be split between two). Would also require a £500 deposit upon moving in.

You'd be living with me, a 25-year-old RCS acting grad from Newcastle. I'm currently working as a bartender and photographer, often bouncing around all over the place and working nights in the pub so you'd get the occasional evening to yourself, but I'm also always up for a chat and having a drink or food together. I've usually got Radio 6 on and quite like a bit of background noise in the flat too.

Mainly looking for someone who isn't put off by me coming and going at all hours and is fairly chill. Fellow creatives are always a plus but not a requirement!
