Lovely Affordable West End Flat

Hi! I'm Mick, I'm 29 and I'm a freelance sports journalist based in Glasgow. I'm looking for a new flatmate - ideally a fellow professional who is friendly and sociable. My flatmate is moving out due to getting a new job elsewhere.

The room has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a bedside table. There may be a desk included (pending whether this fits into my current flatmate's new place or not) and the window has a beautiful view of the south of the city.

Kitchen has a fridge/freezer, kettle, hobs, oven, grill, toaster and washing machine. Bathroom has both bath and shower and plenty of space for toiletries.

The living room is very spacious and you're free to contribute to the decoration of it - any pictures you'd like to frame, plants you'd like to bring etc is fine. I have a record player too so feel free to bring along any vinyl you have. Couches are very comfy - I've slept on them when I've had a guest over. There's a nice view of the street from the living room. Parking is available on the street - you need a permit between 8-6 Monday-Saturday, but free parking is close to the house too.

Rent is £450 plus bills - working out around £630 all in. Council tax band is C, gas is approximately £30 a month (included in the bills). It's a top floor flat - five mins walk to Byres Road, 10 mins to Glasgow University. Morrisons, Lidl and Tesco are all within a 5-10 min walk of the flat. Kelvinhall and Partick subways, plus Partick's train line are all nearby.

Queer-friendly house - dealbreaker that you are comfortable with that. Aside from that, I love running, cinema and just getting out and about socialising. Would be nice to have some chill nights in and the odd night out too! Any questions, feel free to fire me a message. Cheers.
