Hi there! I'm seeking a flatmate to join me in a lovely 2-bedroom flat. Here’s what you can look forward to:

I’m a mature and quiet PhD student who spends most of my time at the university conducting research. At home, I enjoy cooking, baking, board games, poetry, walking, and the occasional hiking trip. I also love a good Netflix marathon when I get the chance!

I’m flexible about you having a couple of quiet friends over, and occasionally I might host board game nights with your prior agreement.

Rent: £750/month (bills not included, usually around £50 per month).
Deposit: £750.
Move-in Date: ASAP after December 6th.
Couples: Considered at £800/month (bills not included).
Professionals: Welcome if willing to cover council tax band F (75% of the total, as I am exempt as a student).
No Smoking | No Pets

The flat is managed by an agency. If you’re interested after viewing, you’ll need to submit a note of interest and undergo a quick assessment. Please note that the agency may require three months' rent upfront plus the deposit unless you have a UK guarantor. I’ve been renting with this agency for over two years, and they’ve always been helpful and responsive whenever assistance was needed.
