Rent: £211 per week, paid in installments. The new tenant will sign a contract directly with the apartment management.

The apartment is just across the street from the Adam Smith Building and within a 10-minute walk to the Learning Hub. There are many Chinese and British supermarkets nearby, and both the train station and bus stops are within close proximity, making transportation very convenient. The apartment also features a common room with a pool table, a movie area, and a study room.

The kitchen is shared with five other people, all of whom are Chinese female students. They are very friendly. The room is located on a middle floor of Building C, and it is very quiet at night.
