West End - En-suite room in shared flat

Hiya! I’m looking for a STUDENT or PHD to move into this lovely en-suite bedroom in Partick. You’ll be sharing the flat with me (your only flatmate). A bit about me: I’m male, into cinema, music, and politics. I’m easy-going, tidy, and really like to keep the flat clean, and I’m looking for someone similar.

The room is a spacious en-suite on the second floor in an incredible location. It’s just a 4-minute walk to Partick train station and subways, and only 5 minutes to loads of buses that take you around. The area is surrounded by gyms, coffee shops, great restaurants, and all the usual supermarkets. It’s a lively, fun, and safe neighborhood.

The flat has a large shared kitchen and living room, and we each have our own private bathroom!

Costs:

- Rent: £600 per month.
- Gas & Electricity: Approx. £80 each (depending on winter heating).
- Internet: £30 total (£15 each).
- Council Tax: Band E.
