Hi!! we are looking for someone to move into the flat short term from around the 3rd of June until the end of August! It is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom flat with a shared living room and kitchen.
The flat is located on Dumbarton Road in Partick just a short walk from Partick Station and has free on-site parking behind the building. There is also a bus stop directly opposite the building on the route for the 2, 3 and 77. The area itself is quiet and peaceful with cafes, shops and supermarkets all within a 5 minute walk. Directly opposite Thornwood Park and a 20min walk (less if you walk faster than google maps) from Victoria Park the location is perfect for summer picnics and cute walks!
The room available is fully furnished with a double bed, large desk and chair, double door mirrored wardrobe and plenty of storage!
You'll be living with two girls Olivia (21) and Aisleen (22). Olivia is in her 3rd year studying Social and Public Policy at UofG and enjoys gigs, cute bars and spending time in the flat. Aisleen is in her 4th year at UofG studying Zoology and works part time at the Grosvenor on Ashton Lane. They are both clean, fun, friendly and super sociable.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, mini fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, toaster, kettle and all cutlery, utensils and kitchenware (i. e. plates, bowls, mugs, pots/pans, forks etc) If you would like to bring your own kitchenware feel free but not necessary as we have plenty!
The living room has two comfy sofas, a coffee table, a TV with a Wii and Xbox (perfect for a little games night!) and a dining room table.
Finally, the outdoor space is a great location for summer barbecues with 4 picnic benches and free parking!
