Cozy flat in Partick

Spacious double bedroom in a cozy two-bedroom flat right by Partick Library and Partick train station.

The flat is located on the third floor of the building and shares a communal garden in the back. It's a generally quiet building and thanks to the double glazed windows very little noise bleeds into the flat from Dumbarton Road.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk and a well sized wardrobe. The room also enjoys a lot of natural light and is fairly warm even in the winter. Similarly the rest of the flat is fairly spacious and comes fully furnished.

My flatmate and I are looking to find someone who can take my spot on the contract by the end of July - beginning of August.
You will be sharing the flat with a PhD student so from a council tax perspective other students would be best suited for this flat unless a professional does not mind fully paying for the council tax.
