Hi there! My name is Anjitha. I have a double bedroom on the 3rd floor with an ensuite shower located at Dandara Living, Granary Quay, in Glasgow West End.

The west-facing room has a lovely view of the River Clyde and features a long balcony, a shared living room and kitchen, and green space. You’ll have access to all building facilities, including a 24x7 gym, secure locked entry with a card, parcel room, concierge, and spacious communal working spaces (you can see more pictures of the communal spaces on the Granary Quay website). Underground garage parking is available (additional cost)

The flat is a 15-minute walk from Partick Train Station and Morrison’s, Lidl, and a 10-minute drive to QUEH. There are also lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. The council tax band is E.

I’ll be staying in the flat for at least the next year, so I’m looking for a long-term flatmate. Ideally prefer a postgraduate student/ professional to keep us council tax exempt.
