Double room in newly refurbished flat

Looking for a fellow student to come share this newly refurbished flat with me. Large, bright modern flat with 2 double bedrooms, both with built-in cupboards, 2 bathrooms, open plan living/dining room, separate kitchen. Fully furnished (coffee table and TV still to be delivered but are on the way). Ground floor with access to private gardens and private parking. Within walking distance of Glasgow Uni but also easy and quick direct transport links to city centre for Strathclyde or Glasgow Caledonian (bus, low level train and underground). I'm an easygoing guy who likes to go to the gym and cook, going into my second year at Glasgow Caledonian. Any flatmate would need a guarantor (parents?) or provide 6-month rent up front.
