• The room comes fully furnished with a bed, mattress, built-in closet, table, and drawer
• The flat itself is also fully furnished — I’ve lived here for 3 years and gradually furnished it myself, so you’ll have everything you need 😊
• This is an HMO flat, and you will be added to the lease
