Room available in a lovely 2 bed flat!

My flatmate is leaving to India and I’m looking for someone to take her room in our two bedroom apartment in Partick. The flat has a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and a little storage space. The room comes furnished with a bed, desk, chair, bedside table and wardrobe.

I’m currently in my final year studying art so if you’re also a student we’ll be exempt from council tax but otherwise will have a 25% discount until June. Rent is £488 per person per month - along with council tax (Band C) + energy bills and wifi it comes to about £650-£700. The deposit is the same as the rent for the first month.

I study full time and work at the weekends, so am in and out a lot at the moment but love a good chat and am very keen to make the flat a cosy, relaxing space to come home to. I enjoy reading, hiking and have a few creative hobbies - looking for someone who is chilled out, clean and tidy, and preferably another girl :) If you’re able to move in from the 1st of January (or soon after) and this sounds like a good fit for you then shoot me a message!
