Looking to fill a double room in our 3 bed flat in Partick as I’ve finished my degree and am moving back to China. Incredibly well lit and conveniently located next to several modes of public transport as well as supermarkets, cafes, and the uni.

Flat is well maintained and on the first floor, double glazed and with two large storage cupboards & gas stove. Landlord/agency is super diligent w repairs and incredibly helpful, one of my flatmates have been living here for almost 3 years.

Rent is £600, wifi £7.34, council tax (band C) £65.67 & bills.

Deposit is £533.33, ideally 1st Jan move in but could be flexible if desired. You can remove the sofa if you want.

Both flatmates work full time. Students are welcome but would be expected to contribute towards council tax (possibly lower after discount).
