Double room in cosy Partick flat available mid-Feb

Hi!
Looking for someone to take over a double room in my cosy 2 bed flat in Partick, less than 5 minutes from Byres rd.
The flat is on the top floor, is fully furnished with gas central heating, electric shower, washing machine and shared bathroom and living room/kitchen.
There is permit parking available on the street and it is a 2 min walk to Kelvinhall subway station and less than 10 minutes to Partick train and bus station.
Bills (council tax, wifi and gas/electric) are approx £150 or less pp per month. Council tax band is C.

About me -
My name is Lucy, I'm 32 and a Primary School Teacher, working in Glasgow. I enjoy being social and going out for food and drinks at the weekends but also enjoy quiet nights in the flat reading or watching tv/films. I like going to the gym and have recently started running.
I'm looking for someone who is friendly, social and would enjoy spending time together but also happy to do our own thing. I would like someone who is clean and tidy and would respect the communal areas of the flat! I don't mind a social gathering, but it isn't a party flat as there are children and elderly neighbours in the building.

The room is available from 16th of February so I'd be looking to meet people in the next few weeks and once I find someone who will be a good fit, I will pass their details to the Letting Agency (Western Lettings) who will be in touch to complete reference checks. It is a long term let and short term/holiday enquires would not be considered.
