Hi! I’m looking for a flatmate to take a room in my flat in the West End (G11 – Auchentorlie Street), available from May.

The flat is in a great location and has a bright, spacious living room with large windows, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. The room itself is furnished with a bed, desk, and storage, so it’s ready to move straight into.

Rent is £647.50 per month, with energy, gas, and internet bills on top.

A bit about me – I’m a 3rd year student at the University of Glasgow. I’m pretty easygoing, good with communication, and like to keep the flat a relaxed and respectful place to live. I can be a bit messy at times, but I’m making an effort to keep things tidier and would want someone who’s on the same page about keeping shared spaces in good shape.

No pets allowed (building rules).

The flat would suit a student or young professional looking for somewhere well-located and comfortable.
