West View platinum studio sublet – summer

I’m looking for someone to take over my platinum studio at Downing Students – West View (2 Beith Court, G11 6EH) for the summer.

It is one of the largest studio types in the building, around 26.2 sqm, with a double bed, large wardrobe and plenty of storage. There is a private bathroom with shower and a modern private kitchen (hob, microwave, fridge‑freezer) plus a dedicated study area with desk and chair.

Rent is £200 per week (negotiable; original contract price £365 per week) and includes all bills: water, electricity, heating, 100Mb Wi‑Fi and contents insurance.

The building has great facilities: free gym, cinema room, games room and common social spaces, as well as a courtyard and riverside area nearby. There is 24/7 on‑site security with CCTV and secure entry, so it feels very safe.

Location is excellent in the West End. It’s about 15–18 minutes’ walk to the University of Glasgow, around 6 minutes to Kelvinhall subway, and 8 minutes to Partick train station. Supermarkets, cafés and restaurants are all close by.

The sublet period is from late June to the end of August (around 2 months, exact dates flexible).
