Double bedroom available in Partick West End Flat

Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over the second bedroom in my lovely flat for move in around November 1 2026.

The flat is clean, tidy, and well looked after, with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. It's a great place to come home to after work and has a nice balance of being social while still respecting each other's space.

You'll be living with my current flatmate, who is a 23-year-old young professional. She is the one on the right in the pics! She's friendly, bubbly, and very easy to get along with. She's always happy to have a chat or occasionally spend time together, but equally values having her own space and respects yours too.

We're looking for someone who is clean, considerate, and easy-going. Ideally, you'd enjoy a friendly living environment, be happy to socialise from time to time, and appreciate keeping the flat tidy while respecting each other's space.

Rent is £675 per month and bills including council tax and WiFi are roughly £200.
