🏡 I’ve found a lovely 2 bedroom flat at Glasgow Harbour Terraces and I’m now looking for a female flatmate to share it with from 6th September.

The flat has a beautiful river view and is made up of:

✨ 2 double bedrooms: 1 en suite bedroom for me + 1 double bedroom with a separate private bathroom for my flatmate
✨ Spacious shared living areas
✨ Beautiful river views

💷 £700 per month for your room
Bills are not included and would be shared separately.

📍 Location-wise, it’s really convenient. It’s in Partick, Glasgow West End, with everything you need nearby. Lidl is around a 12-minute walk, and Sainsbury’s, Morrisons and other supermarkets are within around 15 minutes’ walk. There are also lots of little local shops, cafés and Asian food options around, so you don’t have to go far for your everyday essentials. 🛍️☕️

A little about me 🤍

I’m a working professional in my late 20s, friendly, warm and easygoing. I’m definitely a girly girl and I like having a cosy, lived-in space rather than being super minimalist 😂 I’m also very independent and comfortable doing my own thing, so I really value having our own space and respecting each other’s routines and privacy.

At the same time, I’d love to live with someone who is friendly, clean, considerate and easy to communicate with. I’m hoping for more than simply having someone who happens to live in the same flat. I’d love for it to feel like our home, while still giving each other plenty of personal space. 🫶🏻

I’m ideally looking for someone who is also looking for a nice, comfortable girls’ home in Glasgow and wants to have a good flatmate relationship.
