Double Bedroom in Broomhill

Hi there, my current flat mate is moving out and I'm looking for for someone to take his room. Its a bright top floor flat with sky lights in the living room, really easy to keep warm in the winter and great in the summer. Its also really easy to get into town and is ten minutes walk from partick and the middle of hyndland (west end). Looking for someone that's sociable and friendly and also laid back.
