The room is a large double bedroom which comes with a large wardrobe, drawers, tv unit and clothing rail (can remove anything if needed). Plenty of room to add a desk if you work from home or study or welcome to use the table in the living room to work from. You would be sharing with a 25 year old student nurse and my small dog Nala, she’s very friendly and if you keep your door closed she will stay out your way, but as long as you like dogs you will be fine! The flat has been recently done up so everything is new and in good condition.

Pollokshaws West train station is about a 5 minute walk away, just at the entrance to pollok park. The 57/57A stop there as well and the 3 stops on the street just behind the flat and goes into town or going the other way you can be at silverburn in about 10 minutes! Walking to silverburn takes about 25 minutes. Very close to Shawlands, 10 minute walk to top of Kilmarnock road which is great! The flat is right next to Auld House retail park where there a whole load of shops including and Aldi and a costa. Newlands Morrisons and a Lidl are about a 10 minute walk away too.
