Cosy Southside flat with quiet nerd

Hiya, got a room going in my Southside flat.

The numbers:
- available from 9th of June
- rent £350
- deposit £350
- bills around £75 each per month
- council tax band b
- landlord does not accept housing benefit
- landlord requires rent check prior to moving in (iirc this costs about £25, which is then deducted from first month's rent so ultimately the landlord pays for it)

The flat:
- ground floor (but has half a dozen steps at front and back doors so not wheelchair accessible)
- bath/shower combo
- washing machine but no dishwasher
- shared living room/kitchen/bathroom
- the cat and the big TV in the photos belong to current flatmate so alas they will be gone soon
- pet friendly

The location:
- Pollokshaws
- bus into town takes ~35 mins and stops directly outside the flat
- 5 min walk to Pollokshaws West train station
- on street parking
- Aldi, Morrison's, GP surgery and library all close by
- graveyard out the back if you're into spooky vibes

The me:
- loveable nerdy type :D
- work from home writing and running tabletop RPGs online
- pretty quiet and keep to myself a lot, but like hanging out with games or screen time. Will talk your ear off about my interests if allowed 😛
- nonbinary (she/they)
- not a party animal, but I have friends over to play games every once in a while

Perks of living with me:

- should be comfortable with there being weed in the flat
