Short term let w/Cat (some cat sitting expected!)

Hi all! Please read everything... Not a typical situation here:

I'm looking for someone in need of a short term let, as I'll be vacating my flat at the end of January for about a month. Sadly I can't take my cat with me, so I'm also looking for a tenant who is keen to take care of Susan!

The space will be available from January 24th. I won't know my own return date until late December. However, I'm happy to be flexible about entry and exit dates.

The cost is 200 per week, or 700 for the whole month, with everything included.

Here are a few details on what to expect:

-Your job would be to live your life, and take care of Susan while I'm away.
-She's super sweet and loves a wee cuddle. Very easy going overall.
-If you're needing to arrive earlier or stay a bit later, I can be flexible! It does mean sharing the house when I'm home.

- I have to say no to bringing your own pets, sadly. Susan's not super happy sharing her space.

Also, I'd prefer someone with a quieter lifestyle at the house. Not trying to upset any neighbors.
