Hello, I'm looking for a clean, conscientious flatmate in a first-floor flat in a quiet area. There is a balcony where you can smoke if you wish. The room has a bed and desk, as well as drawers where you can store things plus extra seating if you so desire.

The large kitchen has new boiler, fridge/freezer, oven&hob, and washing machine. The lighting fixtures have also recently been modernised.

There is a hallway leading to spacious living room, 2 sofas, a TV and dining table and chairs. There are also 3 cupboards in the hallway for storage.

Area is nice and leafy.

• Close to 2 train stations – Pollokshaws E and W
• Bus stop right outside where you can get number 38 direct to Buchanan Bus Station, Glasgow Caledonian University and Strathclyde, and 4 straight to town
• Bus to silverburn in 10 mins, buses direct to Partick, Govan and Drumchapel
• Less than 10 mins walk to Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons and Tesco
• 5 minutes walk to Shawlands
• 5 minutes walk to Giffnock
• Lovely parks nearby, Pollok Park and Newlands, also Queens Park (20 mins walk)
• Pollokshaws Library nearby for printing needs

I am generally quiet but sociable, and open-minded. I ask that you pay your share of rent and bills on time. Looking for grown adult who cleans up after themselves. Please no hippie types, I am looking for a grown person with a real job.

If you think black woman = domestic servant please find somewhere else this is not the place for you.

I cannot believe this has to be said but also someone who showers and doesn't leave dirty dishes around is essential. Obviously most people lie and say they're clean when they live like vagrants so priority will be given to those who can show a picture of their current living situation.

Both flatmates work 9-5 so someone who is mindful of that is perfect i. e. don't play loud music at 1am on a Tuesday. ABSOLUTELY NO 🚫 🙅‍♂️ DJs get a real job
