Room Available for Single Woman in Giffnock

We're a pretty chill household with an affordable price located near Shawlands and Giffnock. The room is clean and spacious, and the flat has a lovely backyard area as well as a front garden. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful, not too far from the shops in Shawlands and near Thornliebank train station as well.

No preferences regarding age, nationality, or occupation. We'd prefer a female flatmate and a nonsmoker. Due to the religious practices of some of the flatmates, we also would ask not to cook beef in the kitchen.
