- a box room that works great as an office or dressing room with further wardrobe.
- bathroom has an abundance of storage space in a mirrored unit above mixer wash hand basin and toilet, and the electric shower is over bath.
- there's a further cupboard in the hallway to use for towels, bedding etc.


Pollokshaws has excellent transport links
- the 3 and 57 buses run on either side of the development
- up to 4 trains an hour from Pollokshaws West train station a 2-minute walk from the door and only 9 minutes on the train to Central.
- 5-minutes drive to join the M77
- a 10-minute walk to Shawlands

We've got a Morrisons, Lidl, and Aldi in walking distance as well as Silverburn a 5-minute drive along the road. There's plenty of residential parking spaces in the development if you have a car.

I’m looking for someone who is happy to socialise, but also has their own life and hobbies. It would be nice to have a healthy and friendly dynamic - I don't want to live with someone who would be better living alone. I'm a pretty clean and tidy person, so expecting the same from you.
Anyone considering this must adore cats - I have two friendly burmillas who definitely think they own the place, so you’ve got to be comfortable with them requesting a lap to snuggle up on from time to time. I travel sometimes for work and 2-3 weeks a year for fun, so someone that's comfortable feeding them while I'm away would also be advantageous.

Includes most bills (council tax, gas/leccy, high-speed internet) happy to discuss streaming subscriptions and anything else as an above and beyond split.
