Seeking a new flatmate for southside flat

2 bed flat, shared tenancy, £400/month rent. Council Tax Band B
Room available starting end of march-very start of april.
Benefits not accepted by landlord sadly. Landlord requires employment.

About me:
I'm Shell (they/he), and i'm non-binary, Audhd with invisible disabilities. Really into nature, community gardens, queer community events, leftist politics and crafting.

Potential Flatmate:
-LGBTQ+ and trans inclusive
-Seeking a long term flatmate, not short term, ideally at least a year.
-Most important to me is having open communication about our needs in cohabitating a flat, so we can have a mutually beneficial living arrangement. I'd rather talk through solutions directly than silently or passively.
-Flatmate ideally is understanding of an imperfect take on chores. I'm quite organised with my space but having energy limiting disabilities with fluctuating capacity mean i have to take a slow gradual approach to cleaning tasks.
-Currently have a shared pantry with my flatmate, making extra food for each other. Would be happy to continue this with next person but flexible on that. I'm vegan, so having someone who is veggie/plant-based/vegan would be welcome and maybe convenient to this but non-essential and judgement free.

The Flat:
-2 bedrooms, good amount of storage cupboards, bath shower combo, stairs in the hallway seperating living room from bedrooms, combined living room/kitchen
-lovely balcony and great view high up of glasgow.
-Parking spaces, large external storage area and drying area for bikes/laundry.
-kitchen has a 💗dishwasher💗 and washing machine and other amenities
-Lots of lovely plants and a warm bright living room with plenty sunshine and windows.
-Cheap heating on community heating scheme
-Near pollok park 🏞️
