Single room available in furnished apartment

Hi there!

I currently live in a lovely two bedroom apartment in Rutherglen and my current flatmate is moving in August. Because we’re both on the tenancy agreement I’d be looking for someone to take her place!

Room offered is a single. Apartment comes with all usual amenities - bathroom features separate bath and shower and we have a washer/dryer in the kitchen as well which is a godsend. I do have three cats (two boys and a baby kitten) so you’d have to be comfortable with them.

Bills are broken down as £425 for rent, £110 for council tax and £20 for gas/electric. I pay all of the bills in my name so you’d just need to transfer me £550 p/m.

Please be advised that pictures of the flat were taken when I moved in a year ago.
