Hi there. I am looking for a flatmate to take on my spare double room (unfurnished). The property based in Rutherglen is a 2 bedroom flat, has a communal kitchen, living room and bathroom. The flat is a 7 minute walk to train station or a 2 minute walk to bus stop, also supermarkets, shops, banks and the park all walking distance. £235 pcm; deposit and bills not included. Ideal location: quiet area with plenty of car parking space. Available from 1st January 2022.
Suit Mon-Fri professional female, no smoking, no pets, no couples. One other resident - a friendly, respectful female full-time professional. Interests include salsa, reading, and running in the park from time to time.
