Good transport links with local bus and train stops. Its about a 20 min ride to the city centre. I am a very busy person who works and studies and I am looking for someone who can be social if they want but likes their own space. There is on street parking if needed. I have a cat but he won't bother you. Rent is 700 per month Inc all bills. I have a garden. Viewing would be available. Your bedroom would be situated upstairs with your own shower room and toilet giving us extra privacy, as I would be downstairs. Photos are of the space offered.
