Rutherglen - Short Term Female preferred 

Hi there, I'm looking for a female preferred for short term house share. You would be sharing with myself as a full time worker and 2 cats so you have to be cat friendly. The area is very quiet and pretty but not too close to town, there is a bus stop a few minutes away from here down some stairs if you do not drive. It is a 20 minute bus ride into Glasgow. The parking is free here out on the street.

You will have access to the living room more than myself as I'm usually out at work and when I come in, I spend most of the time in my own room (my computer lives in there). So you will have access to any other room in the house most of the time.

The house is fully furnished with everything you should need accept a TV reception as I do not have a license. Should you want to watch the TV I can give you access to netflix in the living room. Bathroom is shared but I do not spend a lot of time in there.

Important notes about my cats, they are indoors and must never be allowed to get outside, I have window stoppers you can have if you want any windows open and the cats cannot get out. They also are allowed anywhere in the house so if you don't want any visitors in your room you can keep the door shut.

I am a smoker but when I do so, it is done out of the window and only in my room, not in the house properly and not in any other room. The place is always kept well ventilated for this reason so you should not have any issues with smoke, but on the rare occasion it happens just let me know so I can be aware and be more careful.
