Hi there, my flatmate is leaving and I am looking for a new flatmate who can sign the contract with me on 01st Oct 2024.

The flat will be available for moving in from that day. The size of the double bedroom is quite good and the living room is bright and big. It is a two-bed flat located in a quiet neighbourhood and about 5 minute's walk to Rutherglen Train station. The train to central Glasgow is about 10 minutes at around 10 minutes intervals. It is five minutes away from Aldi and you can walk to other supermarkets like the big Tesco and Lidl. There are a few nice parks nearby where I always go for running.

The flat is perfect for a young professional or mature student who needs good access to the city centre while saving money on rent. We will share the rent by 362.5 for each person per month and the council tax by around 63 per month. The internet is 12.5 per person and the electricity and gas will be around 65 per person in the summertime.

I am finishing my research by the coming deadline and working most time at home. It would be nice if we could agree that the flat will be quiet for the coming month. Once I finish my writing, I am planning to move out due to my work (around early November).

I hope with my new flatmate, we can keep the flat in a reasonable condition and respect each other's time and space. I prefer to have a flatmate who enjoys the peace of the flat and respects each other's work and sleep time. I like cycling, art and sometimes going out for a drink, happy to have someone to share some good times with. The agency requires a guarantor if you are a mature student.
