Cozy double room in a 2 bed flat

Hi there. I am looking for a potential flat mate to take on my spare double room in a very spacious 2 bedroom flat. The flat has a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom and access to 2 lovely gardens full of roses. The room comes with bed, mattress, desk, chair and built-in wardrobe and storage. Bills and council tax are not included (council tax band B).
The flat is a 7 minute walk to train station or a 2 minute walk to bus stop, also supermarkets, shops, banks and park all walking distance.
I'm looking for a full-time working female who is a non-smoker, quiet and tidy. No pets or couples.
About me: a friendly, respectful female full-time working, sociable and easy going. Interests include reading, and going to gym. I work full-time and also study full-time, so I’m looking for someone who appreciates a peaceful living environment.
I'm pretty neat and organized when it comes to keeping common areas and my own room clean. It would be awesome if my future roommate shares the same love for a neat space.
