Please note there is no living room. The other room is occupied by me, a full time working professional. Up for a drink at times otherwise mostly busy with work. The kitchen has all the appliances. No restrictions of any sort wrt drinking, smoking, inviting friends etc.
The bus stop is right outside the flat, 267 goes to city centre in 20mins. There is a lidl, dominoes at 4mins walk.
