Ensuite bedroom to let

I have a double bedroom that is available from January (no living room, as I live there, there are two resident cats). There are two bathrooms but the ensuite shower (in your room) needs to be shared with myself. I would prefer a female who is a professional like myself, however, i am open to anyone who could be the right person. Aldi is across the road from the flat, Rutherglen station is 10 min walk, 30 min walk to Queens Park and Victoria Road. Bus stop is a 2 min walk and direct links to city centre of Glasgow. I would like a clean and tidy person who would respect the space and treat it like their own. Someone who has the same interests as me and loves cats is a bonus.
