Room for rent from October 2025

Furnished (£620) or unfurnished (£580) double bedroom available. If you want the room furnished then it will be £620 per month but if you want it unfurnished then it will be £580 per month. You would be living with the owner who is tidy, clean and quiet. The owner would be looking for someone who is peaceful and respectful.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, air fryer etc.

No parties in the house so no party animals please!

I'm happy to socialise with whoever rents the rooms or keep myself to myself if that's preferred.

Suitable for a female student or a female working professional.

The room can be provided furnished with a bed and mattress, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. In the room there is a large inbuilt wardrobe which has the boiler in it and a shelf which you can use. There's enough space left for a desk and chair or any other furniture you want to put into the room.

I enjoy going for walks and my flatmate(s) would be welcome to join me. I'm friendly and open minded so easy to get along with.

The flat has a balcony, communal garden and outside lockable storage room which you're welcome to use. Keeping the flat clean and cleaning up after yourself is vital.

Ideally you will rent the room for at least 6 months but I can consider a shorter time frame but this might need to be at a higher rental rate.

Bus stops and train station are within a few minutes walking distance so it's easy to get around and into the city centre and around Glasgow. There's on street parking if you drive.

All bills included except broadband.
