The flat is located in Rutherglen, with excellent transport links via Castlemilk Road and Croftfoot Train Station. Local shops are within walking distance, and two lovely parks are just 5–10 minutes away, making it easy to enjoy both convenience and green space.

You'll be sharing with myself, one other tenant, and a friendly indoor cat. I'm looking for someone who enjoys a clean, respectful and relaxed home where everyone does their bit to keep shared spaces tidy.

Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis, so feel free to tell me about your furry companion. Unfortunately, dogs and birds can't be accommodated.

To keep the flat peaceful for everyone, quiet hours are observed between 10pm and 7am, making it ideal for professionals or students who appreciate a calm home after work or study.

A little about me,
I work part-time and spend a couple of days each week working from home, so I'm often around during the day. In my free time I enjoy yoga, bouldering, snowboarding, cooking and the occasional video game. I also enjoy getting out for brunch or coffee, so it would be great to live with someone who's friendly and easy-going while also respecting each other's space and privacy.

I'm open to both short-term and long-term lets, although the room may be particularly well suited to someone looking for flexible accommodation for a few months. If you're unsure how long you'll need somewhere for, feel free to get in touch and we can chat.
