Double room for rent in Rutherglen

Hi! I am renting a newly furnished double room in my cosy flat. This is a ground floor flat with full access to a large garden with decking. The flat is situated in the heart of rutherglen, a 12 minute walk to Rutherglen main street and the train station. Shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. All bills covered within the price. I have 2 British shorthair cats and 1 hamster. None of which will bother you as they are quite shy. I promise the flat is still spotless! Viewings available on request and I will need a few days in advance to schedule university/ shift patterns.
