Shared kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and good cupboard storage. Flatmate is taking some furniture.

Shared bathroom with bathtub and shower, mirror, and shared shelf space. Shared cleaning supplies provided.
🚪Hallway:
Separate hallway space between bedrooms with the bathroom in between, offering good privacy. Large storage cupboard available. Flatmate will be taking some items, including the vacuum cleaner.
💷 Monthly costs: Bills: not included — split monthly between tenants.
Deposit: £540.00.
Rent: £362.50 per month.
Council Tax: £64 per month (reduced rate with me living here).
Energy: Electricity/gas with Octopus Energy.
Broadband: Shared. Current broadband will be ending when the existing flatmate moves out. New broadband will be set up as soon as possible and split monthly. There may be a short gap without WiFi.
Other Info: Bills are straightforward and split evenly.
